40g fresh or desiccated coconut
40g almonds or nuts of your choice
40g dates or dried fruit of your choice
1 apple, quartered
Method:
Add all ingredients to the TM bowl. Lock TM bowl and pulse 2-3 times, 1 second, TURBO.
