Last night we went to a Matt Corby concert at the Fremantle Arts Centre and needed a yummy snack to enjoy during the music! I took at look at some dips at the shops last week to get inspiration for flavour combinations and was excited to come home and make a fresh and preservative free dip! Here is my first creation...it was really yummy and not too spicy so don't worry!
Ingredients and Method:
1 garlic clove
250 g cream cheese
60 g roasted red peppers
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to TM bowl. Mix 20 seconds, speed 4. Or until desired consistency. Serve!
