These cookies can be eaten without guilt! I chucked a few things from my pantry together to create this concoction when I was busting for a banana flavoured baked goodie. Hope you like!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
20 g walnuts
25 g ground flax
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp orange zest
60 g coconut flour (or GF flour)
Dash of cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 180.
Add all ingredients to TM bowl. Mix 5 seconds, speed 5.
Spoon onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly golden. Let cool completely on cooling rack.
