Healthy Hommus in the Thermomix

After our run today we wanted something quick and with protein...as a vegetarian this isn't hard, especially with the Thermomix! Check out this Hommus paired with crunchy veggies...

Ingredients:

1 small garlic clove, peeled

1 tin chickpeas, drained
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 lemon, juice only
35g olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp water

Paprika, to serve
Olive oil, to serve 

Method:

Place garlic in TM bowl. Chop 3 seconds, speed 7.

Add remaining ingredients. Blend 20 seconds, speed 5. 

Place in serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with veggies, crackers, or warm Turkish bread!
